According to product types andtechnics used, later inspections coverdifferent items focusing on the possibledefections. Every piece of package gothrough the process.
Design/Structural Inspection
- Comparision with original design sketch, size error should bewithin 5%.
- All detail printing design including words, logo effection should be the same as the confirmed design file.
- All the details should be identical with the design file, including cutting, shape, quantity, finishes, and the overall appearence. The colors of gemstones and metal should align with standard color chart
- Check the structure strength ensuring the load-bearing.
Appearance Inspection
- All the welding points should be completely done and without marks.
- The whole package surface should be clean without dirty.
- The surface finish should be consistent with the confirmed samples(matter, glossy, polish etc)
- The printing color should be within tolerance range.
- All the package comply with standards.
- Glue should be strong and long-lasting, there should be no overflowing or color changing.
